We can NOT offer refunds on this piece, ONLY free remakes alterations. “slightly sheer” is chiffon, “solid” is georgette fabric. Please keep in mind we are a custom boutique. All pieces are made one by one, by hand, tare 8-16 hours to make each one, custom to each client's specific measurements, height and color request.
